Dressed in both pre-season games on special teams and at receiver...Played in all 18 regular season games for the Argos primarily at receiver...Week 4, caught 3 passes for 49 yards and the first touchdown of his career (July 10) on a 25-yard scramble...Week 6, started at wide receiver and made 4 receptions for a single game career high 78 yards and added his second TD of the season...Week 7, off week for team...Week 8, stared at WR and recorded his third TD reception of the season also made 2 catches for 29 yards...Week 10, despite illness, Talbot started at WR and caught 3 passes for 47 yards...Week 12, started at WR and was ejected for objectionable conduct, was replaced by Andrew Noel in the Labour Day game at Hamilton...Week 14, started at wideout and was the club's leading receiver, making 3 catches for 56 yards...Week 15, led club in receiving yards for second straight week catching 3 passes for 55 yards (LG 44) at Edmonton. 2004 Playoffs started at WR and led both teams in receiving with 5 catches for 86 yards (LG 38) in East Semi-Final vs Hamilton...Started at WR vs Montreal in the East Championship. Grey Cup Championship started at receiver and caught 2 passes for 27 yards (LG 19) inclduing a spectacular sideline grab that kept an offensive drive alive in win vs BC.


Missed all of the pre-season due to a leg injury...missed Toronto's first four games of the regular season due to a leg injury...made his 2003 season debut dressing as a back up slot back in week 5 against the Bombers...he made 2 special teams tackles...did not play week 6 in Calgary due to an injury...did not play in week 7 due to an injury...did not play in week 8 due to an injury...returned to Argonauts line-up as backup receiver and played on special teams...dressed as backup receiver in week 10 and played on special teams...made one special teams tackle in the loss...dressed as backup slotback in week 11 and played on special teams...was assigned to the practice roster for the week 12 game against the Blue Bombers...was released prior to the week 14 game against Hamilton.


Came back to be one of the team's most improved players in 2002 after being released by the team on June 22 in the pre-season...made his 2002 debut in the Argos' 30-22 win over the B.C. Lions on July 9 after re-signing with Toronto ...in the Argonauts' 41-11 loss to Saskatchewan on September 15, he caught 5 passes for a season-high 61 yards...he also made 3 special teams tackles during the year...caught 2 passes for 9 yards in the Argonauts' 24-14 East Semi-Final victory over Saskatchewan on November 10...in the Argonauts' 35-18 Eastern Final loss to Montreal on November 17, he caught 1 pass for 37 yards...played in 14 regular-season games, and both playoff games, in his 2 season with the Argos.


Was impressive during his first training camp as a pro...sat out the Argos' first pre-season game with a thigh injury and made his Argo debut on June 27 against Winnipeg in the Argos' pre-season finale...played in 10 games during his rookie season with the Argos recording 8 special teams tackles and forcing a fumble...made his regular-season debut against Winnipeg on July 13.


Had a prolific career with the Wilfrid Laurier Golden Hawks...during his college career he was named a First-Team OUA All-Star and First-Team All-Canadian twice...finished his four-year stay at Wilfred Laurier with 124 receptions for 2,140 yards and 24 touchdowns. (2000) Started all 10 games...led CIS in receptions (60) and receiving touchdowns (12)...second in the CIS for receiving yards (979)...was third in the OUA and fifth in the CIAU in punt return yards...was named First-Team OUA All-Star and First-Team All-Canadian for the second time in his career along with being named WLU Football Most Valuable Player. (1999) Started all 10 games and led the team with 48 catches for 917 yards (19.1 average) and 12 touchdowns...led the team in punt returns with 39 for a total of 280 yards (7.2 average)...named First-Team OUA All-Star as well as First-Team All-Canadian receiver...was invited to play in the first East-West All-Star Game.


"Dre" is a personal trainer, painter, production assistant & personal consultant in the off season. The Oshawa native attended Paul Dwyer High School and led them to an undefeated regular season as a quarterback. He was named a High School All-Star and won the Pete Wilson Memorial Trophy in his senior season of high school. His uncle, Mike Wilson, is a Golden Hawk Hall of Fame quarterback. Andre majored in media communications in college and hopes to own and operate a production and design firm in the future. Andre recently launched his own website andretalbot.com.
