Jones started nine games at right guard for the Eskimos this season. In the Western Semi-Final against Saskatchewan and the Western Final against Calgary, Jones dressed as a backup at right guard.
Jones played in 17 games for the Argos at right guard during the regular season as well as one playoff game.

Andrew earned the starting left guard spot coming straight out of training camp. Andrew appeared ready to have a strong season, but in week 3 he suffered a knee injury this sent him to the club's injured list for the remainder of the season.
Andrew played on special teams as well as backup offensive lineman in his rookie CFL season. After making the opening day roster he saw action in 15 games.
Jones was prepared to compete for a starting job in 2008 before suffering a season-ending knee injury in training camp. He spent 2007 on the Lions’ practice roster.
Jones is both a gifted student and athlete with numerous academic and athletic honours to his credit. A Second-Team OUA All-Star in 2006, Jones racked up 18 tackles, two sacks in five games. Jones was a First-Team OUA All-Star in 2004 and 2005 and a Second-Team CIS selection in 2004.
Jones was a Political Science major at McMaster. For the past several summers, he has donated his time as a volunteer coach for McMaster’s annual youth football camp. His brother Travis Anderson has played for the former Ottawa Rough Riders and Toronto Argonauts of the CFL.
