(Hamilton) Unamba appeared in all 18 games for the Tiger-Cats where he recorded 59 tackles, four quarterback sacks, one interception- returned for a touchdown, and one forced fumble. In the East Semi-Final, he recorded two tackles and one quarterback sack and in the East Final, he recorded three tackles. Unamba was named a CFL East Division and CFL All-Star.

2016

(Montreal) Unamba appeared in three games for the Alouettes where he recorded nine tackles.

2015

(Saskatchewan) Unamba appeared in 11 games for the Roughriders where he recorded 29 total tackles, one quarterback sack and one forced fumble.

2014

(Winnipeg) Unamba appeared in all 18 games for the Blue Bombers where he recorded 45 total tackles, one interception, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery which was returned for a touchdown.

College

Unamba had his most successful collegiate season in his senior year of 2012, when he finished fifth on the team with 47 tackles (37 solo), added three interceptions for 66 yards, while setting a school-record with 17 pass break-ups, in 11 starts. He also blocked two punts in his final season at Southern Arkansas. He was signed as an undrafted free agent by the St. Louis Rams following the 2013 NFL Draft before being released on June 14th. Since then he moved on to another tryout with Buffalo but was released in August 2013.
