In eight games, Miles recorded 29 kickoff returns for 661 yards (22.8 yd. avg) and 36 punt returns for 389 yards (10.8 yd. avg.). Miles also carried the ball six times for 43 yards and two catches for 22 yards. Miles caught his first CFL pass in Week 17 against Calgary, a 17-yard pass from Mike Reilly. Miles made his CFL debut in Week 12 against Winnipeg and recorded one kickoff return for 13 yards and three punt returns for 15 yards. Miles finished the season with 1,050 all-purpose yards. In Week 19, Miles recorded 262 all-purpose yards against the Saskatchewan Roughriders, including a 79-yard punt return TD in the fourth quarter to preserve a 30-26 win.
In four seasons at Arizona State (2009-12), Miles recorded 128 receptions for 995 yards and 80 kickoff returns for 1,866 yards – the most in ASU history. He also recorded 74 carries for 380 yards. Miles finished his collegiate career with 10 receiving touchdowns, four return touchdowns and two rushing touchdowns. He received All-Pac 10 honourable mention in 2010 and was a second-team All-Pac 12 selection as a return specialist in 2011.
