Played in all 18 regular season games with the Tiger-Cats, after re-signing with the team on January 8…ranked second in the CFL in kicking points with 188, hitting 38 of 44 field goal attempts (88%)…averaged 41.9 yards per punt and 60.7 yards per kickoff. Playoffs: Played in both of the Ticats playoff games, including the 102nd Grey Cup… hit 7 of 8 field goal attempts.


Signed as a free agent by the NFL’s Oakland Raiders on August 27…released by the team following training camp on August 31.


Signed as a free agent by the NFL’s Carolina Panthers on March 6…played 10 games with the Panthers, hitting 7 of 10 field goals (70%) and all 23 PATs…averaged 58.2 yards per kickoff…was waived by the Panthers on November 20.


Traded from the Edmonton Eskimos along with DB Carlos Thomas and two selections in the 2011 CFL Canadian Draft in exchange for a second round selection in the 2011 Draft and the rights to a negotiation list player on March 21, 2011


He exercised the option year of his contract to join the NFL's Washington Redskins on February 12 , 2010 and later signed with the Detroit Lions. He was released by the Lions in June 2010 and then by the Argos July 16, 2010.


Medlock joined the Argonauts as a free agent before the 2009 season andplayed 17 regular season games. He connected on 87% (40 of 46) of his fieldgoal attempts, had 79 kickoffs for 4,764 yards (AVG 60.3) and punted 120times for 5,076 yards (AVG 42.3). In 2009, he was named the Argos'Outstanding Special Teams Player, Special Teams Player of the Week duringCFL Week 7 and Special Teams Player of the Month in August.


Signed with the St. Louis Rams (NFL) on February 11 and released as a final cut on August 26.

Justin is a golf enthusiast who is dating LPGA tour player Hannah Jun. Occasionally, he works for Hannah as a volunteer caddy at her tournaments. He enjoys giving back to his community by mentoring local high school kids in his spare time. Justin’s sister, Tanisha, is a medical doctor and he is currently taking business administration courses at UC Berkeley to supplement the sociology degree he earned at UCLA. While at San Jose H.S., Justin was named all-county and all-league as both a kicker and punter as a senior, and was a two-time all-league honouree in soccer. Justin currently resides in Walnut Creek, California in the off-season.
