In his 5 game starts at halfback, Walls had 10 Defensive Tackles,a forced fumble and 2 knockdowns. Games 6 thru 12 he was added to the 1 game injured list. Walls was then placed on the 9 game injured list for the rest of the season.
Walls was signed by the Stamps on Sept. 22 and spent two weeks on the practice roster before cracking the starting lineup against Saskatchewan on Oct. 13. In that game, he led the team in tackles with nine and hauled in his first CFL interception. He started every game until the end of the regular season and recorded multiple tackles in each contest for a total of 23 tackles and one special-teams tackle. He missed the playoffs with an injury.
Walls played in five games for the NFL’s St. Louis Rams in 2007, starting three and recorded eight tackles. He has also spent time with the NFL’s Baltimore Ravens, Denver Broncos and Kansas City Chiefs. Walls played two seasons at Boston College after transferring from City College of San Francisco. In 21 career games with the Eagles, he made 16 starts and recorded 84 tackles, four sacks and nine interceptions. He won a junior college national championship at City College of San Francisco.
