Marcus attended training camp with the Roughriders. He was then released by them on June 23.

College

Played four seasons (2005-08) at Indiana…finished second in school history with 2,009 kick return yards, third with 4,658 all-purpose yards…became the first player in Indiana history with over 1,000 rushing yards (1,621), receiving yards (1,028) and kickoff return yards (2,009)…carried the ball 337 times for 1,621 yards and nine touchdowns...caught 84 passes for 1,028 yards and nine touchdowns…his 2,009 kick return yards are the fifth most in Big Ten history….also ran track at Indiana…finished sixth in the 100m at the 2008 Big Ten Outdoor Championships with a time of 10.67.

Career

2010: Attended training camp and was released by the Roughriders on June 23. 2009: Joined the Saskatchewan Roughriders practice roster on October 2…signed with the NFL’s Philadelphia Eagles on April 26…was released by the Eagles on August 4…signed with the NFL’s Denver Broncos on August 16…was released by the Broncos on August 26.
