2014

Mallett played three games (two starts) and had 27 carries for 163 yards and seven catches for 72 yards. In his first game back on Aug. 1 he was the team's leading rusher and receiving with 14 carries for 116 yards and six catches for 59 yards. He began the season on the one-game injury list. He was placed on the six-game injury list after getting hurt in Game 6 and returned to the lineup in the final regular season game.

2012

Mallett suffered a torn Achilles tendon in training camp with the Tiger-Cats and sat out the entire season.

2009

Mallett earned CFL rookie-of-the-year and West Division all-star honours with the BC Lions as he played in all 18 regular-season games and two post-season contests. He rushed for 1,240 yards including a 213-yard performance against the Montreal Alouettes in Week 10 that earned him the league’s offensive-player-of-the-week award. In Week 13, Mallett rushed for 136 yards in a game against Calgary. He recorded six rushing touchdowns and added 43 receptions for 342 yards and two more scores. In Week 6 against Saskatchewan, he scored two touchdowns — one rushing and one receiving. Mallett returned 10 kickoffs for 225 yards. During the playoffs, he had 17 carries for 73 yards and one reception for 11 yards.

College

Mallett played four seasons at Arkansas-Pine Bluff and was first-team all-Southwestern Athletic Conference in both 2006 and 2008. During his career with the Golden Lions, he played 42 games and amassed 2,896 rushing yards and 27 touchdowns.
