Played four seasons (2000-03) with the Notre Dame University Fighting Irish…completed 46 of 66 field goal attempts during his collegiate career with the Fighting Irish, the second most field goals in Notre Dame history (second only to John Carney - 51 of 69, 1984-86)...successful on 104 of his 105 extra point attempts...his 248 total points rank fifth in Notre Dame annals…also averaged 40.8 yards on 30 punts for 1,224 yards.

School…named first-team All-American by USA Today and first-team All-State by The Chicago Tribune at Lockport Township High (Ill.)
