P.K. (Philip Kenwood) Sam III and his wife Nicole have a 7-year old daughter named Brooklynn and had a son named Philip Kenwood Sam III in January 2009. He lists Guitar Hero as his favourite video game, enjoys movies and likes any musical artist from Georgia. He was born in Colorado but raised in Buford, Georgia where he attended Buford H.S. and earned All-State Class A First-Team honours and conference/county player of the year as a senior. He parents are Letta and Philip Sam and his younger brother is former teammate/Florida State player and NFL player Lorne Sam. His sister is Autumn, a sportscaster at the ABC affiliate in El Paso, Texas. P.K. was a Political Science major at Florida State.
