2010

Borhot played in five games (four starts) this season. He got his first start on July 11 vs. Montreal at safety. Borhot had nine defensive tackles and a fumble recovery. He was placed on the 1-Game Injured list for Game 5. He returned for Game 6, but left early with an injury and was again placed on the 1-Game Injured List. Borhot was placed on the 9-Game Injured List in Week 10.

College

The Saint Mary’s graduate appeared in 31 games over four seasons with the Huskies.  He racked up a total of 71 defensive tackles, 18 pass knockdowns, five interceptions, five fumble recoveries and two forced fumbles.  He played two seasons (’06, ’07) with current Eskimo linebacker Tim St. Pierre.  Prior to attending Saint Mary’s, Saleem was a member of the Okanagan Suns (CJFL) in 2005.  He won Team MVP honours as well as being named a Conference All-Star and All-Canadian that season.
