2009

Traded by the Tiger-Cats on May 1 along with Ticats third-round selection in the 2009 Canadian Draft to the Saskatchewan Roughriders in exchange for non-import LB Yannick Carter, import WR Brandon Myles and the Roughriders third-round selection in the 2009 CFL Draft…was released by the Roughriders on June 25.

2008

Played in 10 games in his second season as a Ticat…finished second on the team with 13 special teams tackles…also added one defensive tackle and one forced fumble…spent seven games on the injured list and was inactive for one game.   

2007

Played in nine games during his rookie season with the Ticats…was on the injured list for Week 10 and the four-man reserve for Week 11…recorded three special teams tackles…made his CFL and Ticats debut on June 30 in Calgary.

2006

Attended training camp with the Ticats after signing as a free agent…was released on June 3 and returned to Windsor for his final season of CIS eligibility.

College

Played five seasons (2002-06) with the University of Windsor Lancers…made 242 total tackles (157 solo)…his 157 solo tackles is a school career record…knocked down 18 passes during his career…was named a first team OUA All-Star in 2005 and 2007…received second team OUA All-Star honours in both 2003 and 2004.

Personal

Born May 9, 1983 in Pickering, Ontario…his older brother Marko, a quarterback at Lafayette, finished his collegiate career as the all-time Patriot League leader in passing yards (9,189) and total offence (10,064)…his younger brother Erik, a quarterback at St. Mary’s University, won the Hec Crighton Trophy as the top football player in CIS in 2007.
