Another strong campaign for the second-year Lion seeing action in 17 regular season games recording three receptions for 37 yards as a reserve on offence and tallying eight special teams tackles.


In his rookie campaign, S.J. played in 17 of the 18 regular season games and caught four passes for 40 yards. His biggest contribution however came on special teams where he notched 16 special teams tackles which ranked fourth on the club and 13th in the CFL. S.J. caught two passes for 18 yards on Sep. 27 vs Winnipeg and recorded four games with two or more special teams tackles including a season-best three on Sep. 15 vs Montreal. He also recorded a special teams stop in the Western Semi-Final at Regina.
