Bryant started 17 games at left tackle. He was on the one-game injury list for Game 7. He also started the Western Final. He was named a West Division all-star.

Bryant started 13 regular-season games, as well as the West semifinal, West final and Grey Cup. He saw action at his usual right tackle spot, but also at left tackle, a position he hadn’t played since college. He was part of an offensive line helped the Stamps offence lead the CFL in rushing touchdowns (20) and rank second in points scored (535), rushing yards (2,088), first downs (395) and pass-completion percentage (67.0). The unit also paved the way for running back Jon Cornish’s CFL rushing title
In his second season with the club Bryant entrenched himself as a starter, manning the right tackle position for all 17 regular-season games he dressed as well as the West Division semifinal in Edmonton. Bryant was a key figure on an offensive line that relinquished the second fewest sacks in the CFL (34) and that helped the Calgary offence rank second in rushing yards per attempt (6.2) and offensive yards (6,954). He was the Stampeders’ nominee for the CFL’s Most Outstanding Offensive Lineman award.
Calgary signed Bryant as a free agent on June 16, 2010. He was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Denver Broncos in April of 2009 and attended training camp with the National Football League club.
Stanley was on the Stampeders’ practice roster until October, He made three starts at right tackle and helped the Stamps hold the opposition to two sacks in those three contests.
Bryant was a two-year starter at left tackle for East Carolina and helped the Pirates capture the Conference USA championship in 2008. He was part of an offensive line that helped East Carolina average 182.9 rushing yards per game in 2007. He joined the Pirates as a walk-on after transferring from Elizabeth City State.
