Weston started in 17 regular season games, both playoff games and the Grey Cup as a receiver. He finished the regular season with 81 catches for 1,189 yards and six touchdowns. He also had nine carriers for 57 yards and 13 punt returns for 82 yards.
Started first 14 regular season games with the Riders, but missed remainder of season with an ankle injury. He had seven receptions for 154 yards in week 1, eight catches for 179 yards in week 8 and finished the season with a team high 62 catches for 941 yards and four touchdowns. He was named a CFL West Division all-star.

Weston spent most of the off-season in North Dakota but travelled back to Saskatchewan on numerous occasions to take part in charity events around the province…he did spend most of his time focusing on training and enjoys spending time with his family and friends when the opportunity arises.
