MISSISSAUGA, ON — The Canadian Football League Players' Association is proud to announce a new partnership between the CFLPA Academy and Shift Group, a company specializing in helping athletes transition into successful careers beyond sports.
Through this collaboration, both active and former CFLPA members, will gain access to career readiness programming, professional development resources, and employment opportunities designed to support life after football.
As part of the agreement, Shift Group will provide CFLPA members with services including resume and LinkedIn optimization, interview preparation training, professional skills development, career readiness education, and job placement support through its employer network and job board.
The partnership aligns with the CFLPA Academy’s continued commitment to empowering members through education, career advancement, and long-term wellness initiatives.
